Box Office Information

• If you’ve received a voucher for a VIP TALLPass or Gala ticket it must be exchanged in person at the main festival box office at the Orpheum Theatre (if during the festival.)
• All Passes purchased online must be picked up Will Call at the main festival box office at the Orpheum Theatre (if during the festival.)
• Groupons and Wisebuys are good for General Admission screenings ONLY and exclude Smallgrass. Receipts may be exchanged at all festival box offices.
• Gala tickets are sold as a package, including movie & party, and are fundraisers for TFA. Gala tickets are only good for the individual gala marked on the ticket.
• Seating is first come first serve. We strongly encourage you to be in your seat 15 minutes prior to showtime.
• Vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable.
